Not the right fit? Get your money back.

If Deskswap isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 7 days of your purchase and you'll get all of your money back. You don't have to give a reason.

If something didn't work the way you expected, we'd love to hear what it was. It's optional, and it never affects your refund.

Email krushnarout.dev@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout. Including your order ID from the receipt email helps us find your purchase faster.

The refund goes back to the card or payment method you paid with. Once we've sent it, your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Your license key is turned off once the refund goes through, and Deskswap stops swapping desks on your Mac. Please remove the app when you're done.

Your files are never held back. Swapping to Home, Restore original setup, and Uninstall Deskswap keep working without a license, so every Desktop file can go back where it was.

Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank. A refund from us is faster, and a chargeback also turns off the license key.

Deskswap is sold through Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. Dodo Payments processes your payment and your refund, and its name may appear on your bank statement.

This policy adds to your rights under consumer law where you live. It doesn't replace or limit them.
